6dem sechsundzwanzigsten der Prytanie; Volksversammlung;
7von den Vorsitzenden leitete die Abstimmung Epigenes aus dem Demos
8Eroiadai; Beschluss des Volkes; Prokleides S.d. Panta- -
9aus dem Demos Kerameis stellte den Antrag: zu Glück und Heil,
10wolle beschließen das Volk: dass man die guten (Zeichen) billige,
11das, wie der Priester berichtet, geschehen sind bei der
12Durchführung der Opfer; und da Androkles, gewählt
13zum Priester des Asklepios, Sorge trägt für das
14Heiligtum und für das übrige, welches ihm die Gesetze
15vorschreiben, in guter und frommer Weise, und
16die gewählten Verantwortlichen für die Ordnung
17im Theater in der Volksversammlung erklärt haben,
18dass er ihnen nützlich war bei der Sorge
19für das Theater, dass man belobige Androkles
20S.d. Kleinias aus dem Demos Kerameis, den Priester des Asklepios,
21und ihn bekränze, sobald er Rechenschaft abgelegt
22hat, mit goldenem Kranz vom 1000 Drachmen (Wert)
23wegen seiner Leistung und seiner Gerechtigkeit; und dass
24ihm der Schatzmeister des Volkes 30 Drachmen gebe
25für das Opfer aus dem Dekret-Fonds
26des Volkes; dass der Sekretär,
27der während der Prytanien amtiert, diesen Beschluss aufzeichne
28auf eine steinerne Stele und aufstelle in dem
29Heiligtum des Asklepios; dass für die Aufzeichnung
30auf der Stele der Schatzmeister des Volkes 30

32Euetion S.d. Autokleides aus dem Demos Sphettos stellte den Antrag:
33worüber der Priester des Asklepios in der Stadt vorträgt,
34nämlich über die Opfer, die er geopfert hat dem Asklepios
35und den anderen Göttern mit ihm, zu Glück
36und Heil, wolle beschließen der Rat: dass die Vorsitzenden,
37die ausgelost sein werden zum Vorsitz im Volk
38für die erste Volksversammlung den Priester
39einführen vor das Volk und über ihn verhandeln lassen
40bei den Sakralen Angelegenheiten und die Beschlussvorlage des Rates
41im Volk einbringen, wonach der Rat beschließt, dass
42dass das Volk die guten (Zeichen) billige, die, wie der
43Priester berichtet, geschehen sind bei den Opfern für Heil
44und Gesundheit des Rates und des Volkes,

6the [twenty-sixth] of the prytany. Assembly.
7Of the presiding committee Epigenes of Eroiadai put to the vote.
8The People decided. Prokleides son of Panta-
9of Kerameis proposed: for good fortune,
10the People shall decide: to accept the good report
11which the priest makes about
12the successful outcome of the rites; and since Androkles,
13having been allotted priest of Asklepios, is managing both
14the sanctuary and the other things which the laws
15require of him well and piously, and those allotted
16managers of good order concerning
17the theatre declared before the People that he
18had been helpful to them concerning the management
19of the theatre, to praise Androkles
20son of Kleinias of Kerameis, the priest of Asklepios,
21and crown him when he has rendered
22his accounts, with a gold crown of 1,000 drachmas,
23for his excellence and justice; and
24the treasurer of the People shall give him 30 drachmas
25for a sacrifice from the People’s fund for expenditure
26on decrees; and the prytany secretary
27shall inscribe this decree
28on a stone stele and stand it in the
29sanctuary of Asklepios; and for inscribing
30the stele the treasurer of the People shall give
3130 drachmas from whatever source the laws ordain.

34about the rites he has performed for Asklepios
